AnotherWeekHasGoneBy;..

I wish my life could be like a Disney movie. Something big would happen, like I'd move or go to camp. To begin with I would be a misfit and life live in the shadows but one day this guy will come up to me, either when I drop my pencil or whilst in the queque for lunch and start talking to me about how he's seen me as we're in the same class and how the homework is really hard but he's happy to met me after school and study at his. So we do this for about a week or so, and then I accidently get pen on my face so he would wipe it off and then we start kissing. But this being a Disney movie it obviously doesn't go any further and we also don't discuss it either. Lastly we don't swear or wear revealing clothing. Anyway, and everythings going perfect and I gain more friends and suddenly a rumour is spread about my new boyfriend and we fight but by the next week we have made up, I'm popular and we plan to get married and 'live happily ever after'.

Isn't it funny how movies like this have brainwashed us? All the little girls, this is all they want to achieve in life is to find their prince charming. And when you read in the magazines about the Disney stars being with their friends and having a night on the town, how it's wrong as their meant to be role models? But being a role model doesn't mean that you should give up what you love or your life, it's having certain features such as being loyal, true hearted and kind. I think it's such a shame that people look for celebrities to be their role models, you should look more towards your friends and family as everyone of them have a special feature in which we should admire. My younger sister is such a talented singer and obviously I would love it if she became famous as she has such a beautiful voice and is beautiful and not the typical 'singer' type which also made her fill the role perfectly. But I feel she would be so naive in the industry as all the photographers following her home and every word she said would be twisted. I just think it's horrible that these people are lucky enough to achieve the thing they love to do but the thing that drives them away is other people trying to bring them down and sueing them for every penny they have earnt.

Anyways, I should stop ranting on about nothing and actually try to think of better things to do with my Sunday nights as this is becoming a regular thing. x
